Backstage is dedicated to continuing to serve our audiences with the finest that theatre has to offer. Backstage Theatre is a proud member of two travelling networks: Nasc, which has seven venues around the country, and Nomad, which is located in the North Midlands. These networks have already altered the character of touring in Ireland in the first few years of its existence. The venue managers on these networks work together to recruit great theatrical groups to our venues, such as Druid, Rough Magic, and Livin Dred.
Backstage Theatre Cantre For The Arts
In April of 1995, Backstage Theatre opened its doors. The Slashers GAA Complex has a purpose-built state-of-the-art theatre.
