After your trip to Carlow Castle step back into the present and maybe a bit into the future when you visit the VISUAL Gallery in Carlow. The building resembles that of a spaceship from 2001: A Space Odyssey. The gallery was a council and government funded initiative, designed by a Terry Pawson, it was built in 2009.
