In Carlow’s Cultural Quarter, the Carlow County Museum can be found. The entrance fee is waived if you go through the tourist information centre. The museum has a large collection of items and artefacts from Carlow county, which include the original gallows trapdoor from Carlow Gaol; the 6m carved pulpit from Carlow Cathedral and the items from Carlow’s Sugar Factory.
