You’ll be preparing and cooking delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinners utilising mostly hand-reared or locally produced meat, poultry, and homegrown seasonal vegetables in the kitchen. Make a silky light sponge cake using the eggs we gather every day from our hen coop. Handpick redcurrants, raspberries, and a few sprigs of mint from the fruit bushes in the summer to garnish a decadent chocolate roulade or sinful dessert.
