A 25-meter swimming pool, a learner pool, a sauna and steam room, a gym, a weights room, a sports hall, an AstroTurf, and a Mugga facility are all available. Swimming lessons for children and adults are available, as well as Parent & Toddler pool time and a variety of fitness programmes such as Spin, Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, Early Bird Fitness, Circuit Training, Deep Water Aqua Fitness, Boxfit, Abomination, and Yoga. The facility is set in beautiful parkland with plenty of parking and a walking/running track around the perimeter.
They also offer affordable memberships as well as a Pay-As-You-Go option for both the pool and the gym. Monday through Sunday, their Sports Hall, AstroTurf, and Mugga may be reserved by the hour.
