On arrival, guests are welcomed with a Gin & Tonic, Visitors are then led into the distillery and given a tour of the facility, which includes everything from the manufacturing of Listoke 1777 Gin to the botanicals utilised and the bottling process in place. Guests can then select their own formula from a variety of citrus, floral, and spice options. While everyone waits for their Gin to start distilling, the pot-stills are set, and it’s time for more G&Ts. A spread of local meats and cheeses from the Boyne Valley are served. Once the Gin has been collected in glass beakers, it is then blended down to the preferred alcohol percentage, bottled, sealed, and an owl is placed on the back.
