For diverse parties, Sliabh Beagh Adventures provides bike rentals, battle and target archery, and other outdoor athletic activities. All of the activities are appropriate for both children and adults. They also provide guided walking and cycling excursions, and they want to assist in the establishment of a number of approved bicycle routes on Sliabh Beagh. Many uncommon bird species, such as red grouse, Eurasian golden plover, and hen harrier, live there, as well as unique peatland vegetation such as cowberry and Sphagnum moss. As a result, both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland have designated Sliabh Beagh as a specially protected area.
