The Abingdon Collection, which spans more than 50 years of dedicated collecting, is divided into two distinct areas of interest. The initial section of the collection concentrates on World War II and is one of the biggest private collections in private hands, with over 2,500 artefacts on permanent display.
The second half of the collection focuses on the founder’s love of antique vehicles. The collection contains Harley-Davidson, Triumph, and Kawasaki motorbikes, as well as over 500 die-cast miniature cars, photographs, and automobilia.
There’s something for everyone, whether you grew up in the 1950s, 1960s, or 1970s or simply appreciate “Big Boys’ Toys.” We will make every effort to accommodate small groups or individuals, but the Collection is only available by appointment.
The Collection is open to the public without charge, however, donations to Cancer Research UK are much appreciated.
