Since the 1950s, the Wheelock family has been producing fruit near Enniscorthy, in the heart of the Wexford countryside. For many years, they have been a trusted Wexford supplier of fresh fruit to stalls, shops, supermarkets, and the hospitality industry, led by Cyril and Margaret Wheelock. They’re proud Wexford Food Family members and enthusiastic farmers of the best Wexford Strawberries!
The Wheelock family has now transformed the farm into the Village at Wheelocks, an interactive experience where guests can witness life on a fruit farm, select their own fruit, and learn more about where their food comes from.
Visitors may wander through the woods and along the river, meet the farm animals, and participate in exciting activities on the 17-acre property. There is enough parking on site, as well as a new 80-seater café that serves excellent, freshly prepared meals throughout the day. The farm shop sells a variety of food, crafts, and one-of-a-kind items from local vendors.
